The rest is just boring talk, I wound up calling her and we chatted for about 5 minutes. She said I sounded like a cop, which made me kinda nervous 'cause I think this girl is only 17. She told me her birthday is September 13th. Her MySpace profile says she is 18 but in one of her surveys she says 17, so unless that survey is over a year old... OOT, what say ye? I have no idea what's legal or not. I live in Tennessee, Age of Consent here is 18 for women, 2 for sheep. Here's what I found on Google:

What this means is that if the girl is between age 13 and 18 she can consent to have sex with someone up to four years older than she is, but for anyone older than that it is statutory rape, and for any girl less than 13, she is too young to consent to having sex with anyone. I'm 21. So what can I legally do to this girl? If I'm reading this right, anything. Morally, I obviously have no problems w/ banging a 17 year old. Does oral sex count as sex for this [censored]?
