Why can't PTS load databases as fast as SixthSense? I really don't mind the stealing of focus while PTS gets the table lists but it takes another 5 minutes before all the tables are loaded.

Because PTS is standalone software that has to go through the party tables one by one, while SS is subscription software that retrieves the tables from the server. I assume the server continously refreshes and sends you whatever the latest complete refresh is. There isn't much you can do about it, although SixthSense queries the PT database slightly faster too.

With the latest updates SixthSense's scoring is almost as good as PTS, so it boils down to whether one can afford the monthly fee or not.

Yeah im talking about the database queries only. If they were as fast as Sixth Sense I wouldn't have a problem.
