What's the deal with AP these days? I have heard that there is some kind of controversy with people being able to see other's cards but it was only at high stakes. Is the site going under or something now as a result of this?

I don't know if you are being serious but.. supposedly an x-CEO or high up of the company and his best friend is linked to a superuser account that robbed 700k+ from high stakes players. It's pretty big in BBV. No telling what it will do to their business because their cash game traffic is still standard as of late.

Does anyone know to what extent it's legal to play online poker in foreign countries in Asia? If you have, say, an American passport or a European passport?
