$600 is the "select" ATM withdraw limit. If you have an high enough balance and provide the necessary documentation, and fill out the necessary forms, you can get your limits increased substantially. Most of the documentation that they require for a limit increase above the select level you will need to provide anyway if you have a balance exceeding $5k anyone to avoid having your account locked.

I just got my physical visa card in the mail today. I ordered it the night of 4/29, so thats 12 business days to get to missouri.

Also the instructions for it says to select credit if you're given the option. There were a couple of questions about this earlier in the thread.

For those who've successfully deposited from their bank account to epassporte: about how long from when the funds were withdrawn from your bank account before they appeared in your epassporte account?

Has anyone withdrew a large amount of money (over $30K)via bank wire transfer through epassporte? Where do I find the "Virtual Acoount Number" and the "Ticket Number" I'm on hold with them now, but I have a feeling somebody here can give me an answer quicker. Also, how long does the money take to appear in bank account once the wire transfer has been approved?

I haven't done a wire transfer, but considering the fact that epassporte has such poor customer service, I would try a small "trial" amount, such as $1k or so, so that if you ran into difficulties you wouldn't be at risk of losing $30k.

get ready for one gigantic PITA.

I initiated the wire on 4/19. Still waiting for the money. It's been a gigantic fiasco, but I've followed all of their instructions. They just gave me the wrong instructions the first time around. And they took their sweet time figuring out what was wrong and telling me what was wrong. Money finally left my account over the weekend though. Still waiting for it to show up in my checking account.

After weeks of trying to get a bank wire for 20,000 to go through it finally left on 4/19, it still has not reached my bank account. After multiple calls to epassporte I have come to the conclusion that they have no idea what they are talking about. Each customer service representative has given me different information regarding my case and some representatives cannot comprehend the situation. After talking to them they have sent me forms on how to request a bankwire as if I have not already performed one and am missing 20k. One representative told me to contact my bank and they had no idea what I was talking about. I would not advise in doing one and I fear my money is lost.
