Certian penalties are reviewable. Illegal touching is one of them.

The ESPN box score is horrible for the ASU WSU game. They don't realize that many ASU players share numbers.

Rutgers moves up to #2 in the latest Sagarin Elo-Chess. Going to be very interesting to see how high they get in the rest of the computers, and how high they move up in the polls.

Players share numbers? Is that even legal. I thought that the reason for having numbers was so that you could distinguish one player form another.

Offense and Defense have seperate numbers. Perfect example, USC. John David Booty, obviously starting QB, #10. Brian Cushing, DE(whatever position he plays DE, OLB you figure it out), #10.

Thats what happens when you have 100+ players on the teams.
