Live tournament organized by a friend of mine here in ATL over thanksgiving - 60 players $100 buy in winner take all to play in the main event WSOP Tunica Circuit - I get heads up and have a very small chiplead when I lose...

This alone is not so bad since it was all in preflop - the part that hurt was that the flop came 9-6-3, when the A hit on the river after the A hit on the turn I took my 9's walked outside and set them on fire. I think I might never play poker again......

I honestly can't remember I one a flip for all my chips deep in a tournament. Oh so disheartening. I'm running/playing so bad the tv will probably explode 15 minutes from the end of the movie I'm about to watch.

Hands like this are what make me despise tournament poker. They are so unbelievably commonplace, and yet everytime they come up I just find it so hard to understand. Beats due to absurd odds don't get to me, it's just when people do [censored] like this I feel like giving up.
