Masterpiece of edutainment thriller!

And now the untolerable suspense.
Who committed the crime?
The innocent looking old lady? The brother? The secret society of frequent posters? Or - as most of us tend to believe now - the detective himself?
I guess that is the least suspect person as in any good thriller: Lee Jones himself. Maybe he wanted to put his Chief Security Officer to the test.

[/ QUOTE ]

day late and a dollar short. the detective isn't the main suspect anymore.

anyway, great thread. i read the entire thing. i like how one person said that teddy's mom was hot, and all of a sudden everyone started saying it like it was still funny.

i love people. they're so stupid.

[/ QUOTE ]

lol, the detective he refers to is not OP, but Jeff, the cheif executive in the bot department. OP would have to take the title of "the son". So stupid indeed.

still funny?

3 serious questions to be answered here imo:

1) why the "indespensible" bloke thinks hes so indespensible?
2) why lee jones lets him think he is so indespensible?
3) why teddy doesnt visit his mom more than twice a year?

Great post Sandra Bullett: best one in this thread by far.
I will await Lee's response. He said it might take a day or two so might be a little wait...

[/ QUOTE ]

Thanks for the compliment, but there have been several other posts which have contained comments at least as perspicacious as mine (obviously not including any which mention ZJ).

As great as my post might have been, it has NOT changed your stance. Oh well, I'll just have to stay tuned.

I guess you're worried about Stars getting pissed off with you, and it detrimentially affecting how they deal with you in the future. That is a serious and understandable concern. Better to be safe than sorry (even at the expense of frustrating my curiosity). I don't think that outcome is likely, unless they get angry about getting caught screwing up (which sensible people should not).

Stars have an major, highly visible opportunity here to demonstrate either:
a) A high degree of professionalism, accountability, humility, etc. Ie. to make us happy to do business with them,
OR
b) The opposite.

I'm looking forward to finding out what sort of people they are,

Number 2: You guys who are questioning Teddy's integrity are [censored] morons. If you have read any of his posts in the past or have even read this whole thread, its ridiculously obvious that he is truthfully telling us everything he knows about the situation.

[/ QUOTE ]

said the minions of ZJ.

look how that turned out.

[/ QUOTE ]

This situation is TOTALLY different. I used to think you were smart enough to see why...

[/ QUOTE ]

how is it different NL ??

I see the situations, if this was truly a bot, as players who are exploiting poker to the public detriment of the community and a harm to the industry and games.

[/ QUOTE ]

Its different because it clearly wasnt a bot! And if it was, it certainly wasnt Teddy's bot, nor his moms. You seriously think teddy tried to make a bot, had it play 2 cent 5 cent for 43 straight hours, got caught, and then came here for sympathy? Give me a break.

[/ QUOTE ]

bot makers always use micros for testing. when bots get shut down, and the developer thought they had beaten the bot-detectors, they get angry and make st00pid posts that they later regret.

if this is not a bot, obviously my comments are completely irrelevant to this situation.

Sounds like Jeff needs to look into Jeff Skilling and Ken Lay, they thought they were some pretty indispensible big-whigs for quite some time as well. They're well on their way to jail ATM. Or he could just take a kick in the nuts.

This thread is great for a boring 12 hour shift at work.

Visit your mom some more dood.

Haven't read all the pages here so I don't know if this theory has been advanced, but if Mom is 6 tabling with only one table visible and only acting when a table pops up isn't this how a bot would act, totally reactive, never proactive. I think this pattern alone would get you labled as a bot no?

For now, I'm going to wait until I hear what Lee has to say to my mom. He has her phone number and said somebody from Stars will be calling her within 48 hours. So I think I'm going to just sit tight until that happens, then re-evaluate depending on what they tell her. I'll report back as soon as I have news.

Teddy, I think it's safe to say that anyone who doubted your credibility hasn't read many of your other posts, or your blog.

It's pretty obvious to anyone who has that you weren't making stuff up.

BTW, have you shown your mom this thread yet? She'd probably get a kick out of it.
