Question on this one:
My friends want to give me as long as I want (we'd probably cut it off at ten years) for me to be able to bench press 315 pounds (3 plates on each side). Quick background: I'm 6-foot 175 right now. I'm probabyl 10 pounds overweight from my "playing weight" let's say in high school (for basketball). I've taken some creatine in the past (Cell-Tech) for about 2-4 months, and it was in less than recommended dosage. The most I've ever bench pressed was 225, that was over a year ago. Right now, I'd imagine I'm hard pressed to get up 195-205. Thoughts on what a line should be? They want to give me my entire life, but like I said, let's cut it at ten years. Either way, I could use creatine or something but would NOT use any kind of steroids of anything else that has serious side effects. ? |

[/ QUOTE ] If you are maxing 205 right now, and you can stipulate powerlifting rules, I could get you up to 250, in 2 weeks worth of lessons, and 315 in about a 8 months. and drop the supplement talk it makes you sound ignorant. |

I have never seen Nick play and will bet on him against any female in the world heavily and also vs anyone over 50 but not as heavily because the 50 yr old will be better than any female.

Bet someone they can't go a month using only dimes as spending money. Rent and utility bills excluded, but otherwise only dimes. [/ QUOTE ] i will take this bet for up to 2k. logistics would be tricky. i'm not sure how this would work. maybe i would keep receipts from every transaction and take a picture of myself with the dimes and the item i purchased. and also provide my credit card history to ensure i never made any purchases with my credit card. |

KingDan et all,
He reminded me of a prop bet idea my friends and I once had. It was basically similar to that- shirt on your back, start somewhere you're relatively unfamiliar with, within what kind of time frame can you scam someone out of 10k? This would be in the spirit of a Dirty Rotten Scoundrals kind of con-man ordeal. I think it'd be interesting for damn sure- even if you gave the money back at the end. Without the help of people you know (or having any resources like money to start, etc) I think it would be difficult to do without a reasonable frame of time. |
