haven't seen it yet in this thread so i'll post the gambler2k4 hand that occurred live at our 5-5 game the last night:

there are like 6 or 7 2p2ers at this 5-5 game and we're mostly just messing around min raising pf, getting like 5 blind raises in a row pf and juicing up the action for the couple of nit grinders at the table when this magnificent hand happens. (sorry if i mess up some details, i was pretty tired at the time it happened)-
there's a blind raise from utg to 10, then utg+1 makes it 15, next guy 20, i make it 25, cards are dealt and guy to my left who is one of the nitty guys trying to take our $ calls blind with like $150 behind, there's another call by clayton or shaundeeb or both (more likely) and then another one of the non 2p2ers shoves for ~$225 on the button. bakes insta shoves for ~$1k i believe in the sb and it folds to legendoflink who made it 10 or 15 pf, he calls quickly, folds back to the guy on my left who overcalls for his last $150...
the hands- bakes flips A3o..and has the lead preflop. guy who shoved for $225 has Q4h, legendoflink has KQs, and the last guy has 84o. board comes down like 10 4 2 10 2 or something and Q4 scoops the main pot, while bakes owns legendoflink for the big side pot of like 900 or so with ace high

gary the way the hand went down was much better on the river dialouge.

legend asks bakes if he said allin bakes was like yah obv board comes out 7s 2x 4s 2s 7x bakes goes no way I am good and says he has ace high. Legend turbomucks lolll. Then other hands slowly show.

lololol. i picked up the thumb thing from the azn kid in the aviator glasses the night before in the 10-20nl game, he would do it from time to time when he was raising. legend and i got a great laugh from it. legend was pretty pissed when i was the first to use it in the 5-5 game...especially since i did twice in the same hand against him when my AK>his A4d on Ac8s3d 6d board

i've used the thumb thing before, but it's usually if i'm eating or drinking something and can't verbally declare "raise"

yea it's funny to do...just make sure you're doing it as a joke and aren't serious like the guy i played with on saturday...it just looks pathetic if you're serious
