I think any player who has money siezed should have the right to demand all the hand histories they played so they can make a defense.

[/ QUOTE ]

Absolutely.

Everyone keeps busting this guy's balls, but what if you were in his shoes?

All he is asking for at this point is the hand histories.

FTPDoug has stated earlier in this thread that he has access to those hand histories.

Technically, we have Eric's word and FTPDoug's word.

I strongly believe FTPDoug's word over Eric's because FTPDoug has been completely straightforward to this forum from the very beginning.

However, FTPDoug also has the one piece of incontrovertible evidence that supercedes both of their words, and yet he has so far been unwilling to release that evidence.

Why?

Just because some of you say Eric is full of crap?

What if everyone said you were full of crap?

Would that be good enough for you if you were in the same sit?

Hopefully FTPDoug will chime in tomorrow and explain why he has not or is not able to release the histories.

If he doesn't, there will always be some doubt, although I still side with FTP.

dude proly cheated but ftp hasnt given any proof. its not a good precedent that every other day someone is posting that ftp locked accts and took funds. very likely ftp has incorrectly seized funds, or will.

I agree with that 100 percent. My original point was that we, (meaning 2+2] don't need to see them.

If Greg wants to post them if he gets them, fine (but please get a hand converter). FTP should not ever do that because of the point Bob made about teaching cheaters, and for other players privacy.

Let's say hypothetically[sp.] that Greg is right. I still think the system works, albeit way too slowly and secretativly.

If the OP is right, then the system obviously doesn't work.

btw - hypothetically is correct, secretively is not

It caught fraudulent activity whether Greg was involved or not.

eric,
I'm really glad you lost 14k. You tried hard, but it sounds like you suck at scamming as much as you suck at poker.

I'm more likely to play at Full Tilt after reading this post.

i vote 4 lock and ban unless OP divulges everything. he is totally concealing info and details, but is criticizing doug for not giving info that he shouldn't anyway for security and future monitoring purposes.

stfu for good or spill the beans eric

The answer is yes, Full Tilt keeps the confiscated funds of credit card fraud cases. Note that in collusion cases, everything is meticulously retraced and the injured players are returned the funds they lost to the colluders .

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't recall reading a lot of posts about FTP or any other site for that matter refunding money to those that had been colluded against.

[/ QUOTE ]

They do. Trust me on this.
