despite the lameness of the commentary, i think the play-by-play guy (Phil's partner) is probably the best non-color commentator i've seen in televised poker

I've liked the commentary so far. Without the hole card cames, their doing a lot of good speculartive analysis.



Listening to players say "raise" isn't nearly as interesting as hearing a Harrah's executive talk about their future plans for the WSOP. It's also a good break from what is going to be non-stop poker strategy talk.

I think Phil G is probably the best commentator out there. His analysis generally spot on.
