I keep my money on the sites and move through as necessary. Who knows if that is any safer.

Well folks I spoke to Michael Olsen regarding everything. I was told these terms were in the old TOS and the reason for seizing up to the full account balance refers to fraudulent activity such as stolen CC's, receiving money for goods never delivered, etc. I asked about withdrawing from poker sites and was told I have nothing to worry about.

Take it with a grain of salt but thats his offical word

I had a withdrawel i tried on the 8th for 1000 and today now it says matched and it back in my account like i never tried to cash out, is that the same thing that happene to you?

No. I had tried several times to withdraw $600 to my bank account - but I got an error message stating failure each time. A few hours later I log in and all of the attempts were listed on my account statement as pending. This was the day their site database was down for maintenence. When it was back up, they corrected everything and my latest 2 attempts were listed as matched and my account balance was 0 as it should have been. They are still listed as matched and th emoney is not in my account so I am assuming it is on the way. They were having some problems so if the money is back in you raccount, I would give them a call to see what's up. Can usually get through in like 10 minutes

Their single withdrawal to bank account limit is only $600. How did you get $1000? Maybe that is why it was rejected

Thanks goodness I'm going back to work at a real job, and won't have to worry about income from poker while I (finally) let my bankroll grow.

For the record, I've had no trouble with epassporte.

you can get 1000 if you verify some things, address ID , stuff like that.

You can even get it higher than $1000. I just got my bumped to $2000 (again with documents).

Is that for withdrawals also? I'm only able to withdraw $600 at a time.
