question about live play: how do u deal with keeping a full stack if u lose a pot to c-bets, that would be annoying as [censored] to not have a full stack all the time

jonyy......... look for games that are A... uncapped.... or B where you can buy in for the amount equal to the largest stack.... this should get rid of your problem of ever being under 100bb......... these games are pretty easy to find... live plays deeper and softer....... gogogogogo

this is probably the most variance I've ever had in a day... just had a ton of setup/cooler hands/ hands where i had to shove flop in 3bet pots... very weird day.

ya I'm just a live newb b/c I don't turn 21 for another month. Been to 18 state and played live LIMITED HOLD THEM about 3 times, kill me

jonny where you from, i used to play at indian casinos a ton when I was 18........ limit holdem is god awful, and live its worse, it makes me want to quit poker...... you should play live as much as you can, and as big as you can... as long as you dont quiver when you have the nuts or something..... people are huge stations live and big hands seem to get paid off a lot more.

at a 1/2 game in AC, the max is usually 300 - but there are rarely any guys sitting there with full stacks. it's usually somewhere between 100-150. i usually buy in for 200 and reload to 250 when i dip down to 150.
