Strategy suggestion:

When your AT = opp FT, you have a 50% chance of success... go after AT=FT bases, immediately after spending your cash on an upgrade... if you lose the attack you won't lose much cash!

Forget about the bases giving you nothing and move into more territory... you should be picking up .10+ on attacks with FT0, or skip them on your next attack run.

Strategic Advantage...

Time your attacks against the bases you know will pay out the best (the FT1s for the AT2s, that have paid out high in the past)... for when your Wanted level is at its lowest... even better right after a reset... the attack will result in a much higher payout than if your wanted level is high!
