Just tried to dump the rest of my roll into stars. Received this message: "Your deposit request cannot be processed as ePassporte is temporarily unavailable. Please choose an alternative deposit method or you make another ePassporte deposit request later."

So the sky really is falling, or is this common? Never received seen this message before.

quick trip report regarding cash outs, etc.
i cashed out a decent amount from FTP to epass yesterday at noon. money hit epass at 1pm today (25 hours after making the cashout). i then used some of that money 10 minutes later to purchase something online with the virtual visa and it worked perfectly. so...things seem to be fine in regards to those functions.

I also had no problems depositing from e-passporte to Stars yesterday fwiw.

This is the message I received when attempting to load through my checking account. Is this a regular problem for epassporte?

Load Money with US Bank Account

Loading via US Bank Account is currently unavailable. Please check back shortly.

I haven't had any problems with ACH withdrawals at all (I didn't withdraw during that glitchy period but have plenty of other times) and got cash from an ATM yesterday. Not sure why everyone is so convinced the sky is falling.

I'm not sure how to interpret their recent clause about account closures, but I was under the impression that UIGEA regs are just regulations to the bank, and consequently language that says that they can close the account if we do not have the legal right to load from X or Y source wouldn't really apply.

Their customer service has always been crap, though, FWIW, so I wouldn't take the "OMG, Customer Service not knowing anything" angle for seeing this parallel Neteller's fall, as there was never any point in time where I've talked to Epassporte CS where they actually knew anything. Hopefully that makes you feel better.

Any updates guys? I was going to deposit $50 tonight so I could then start getting some money out of Full Tilt.

I have withdrawn ~$5K from poker sites to ATM and ACH this week. All have been without problem. I have also used $500 with the virtual visa this week.

Yes, I do have recommendations. This process sucked, but these things will speed it up.

1) Scan the docs, do not fax
2) Always refer to your ticket number during all communications
3) Call them after you email the docs, and let them know you want to have your ticket expedited as a priority ticket.
4) Call them again if you don't receive an email within a few days. You have to lean on them in order to get them to look at anything.
5) Make sure all of your address info is IDENTICAL on all of the documents you send them. I share a zip code with another city - that lead to some major issues.
6)Cross your fingers
