It's past time for you to tell the whole story. Consider this: you're losing the argument badly, and your opponent hasn't even needed to present evidence to back up their side - because you haven't even presented a side! Looks like almost a tacit concession to me. We still need to see the HH, but I'd like to hear the other side too - your side.

Meanwhile, we're mostly on a different topic now - about protecting players' rights, and the need to give fair process to the guilty so that the innocent are also well-treated.

The only thing FTP is guilty of is a way too slow and a little too secretive resolution to your "problem". They did eventually get it right.

FTPDoug has been confirmed as to who he says he is. FTP loses money on CC fraud no matter the outcome for them. FTP pays back innocent victims of collusion. They have a T&C everyone should have read before making a deposit with them. What's not to understand?

I disagree strongly. I think we do need to see the hand history. Determining collusion or chip dumping is a somewhat subjective thing. Do you really believe Full Tilt has a bunch of poker experts in their fraud department able to adequately distinguish between fraud and wacky loose tilt play?

Eric's persistency is not typical of someone caught lying. It is possible Fult Tilt made a mistake. After all, it was over very few hands.

I'd trust the judgments of 2+2 much more than some flunky in FT's fraud dept.

Nothing about FT's behavior makes me comfortable about this situation, but eric's behavior is pretty shakey as well.

While a lot of this doesn't make sense. (Especially the cashing out of the entire balance), there's no way any of us can know for sure without seeing the hand history's.

OP begging for the hand history's to be released kinda makes me wonder what's really going on.

Certainly a few hand history's can be posted with out a hand #, time stamp, or any of the players id's being shown.

100% easy to spot chip dumping is not that hard to spot if you see the entire hand.

I think people that are clamoring for further proof from FTP need to re-read MicroBob's earlier post, which I have quoted below because he speaks the truth:

I know it feels kind of iffy to trust them on anything considering their delays and general shadyness on some of this stuff. But trusting that the site is on the up-and-up does become necessary at some point

What I meant is everyone is accusing me of lying and my story not adding up but their story is not adding up as well and besides making statements against me they haven't provided 1 shred of evidence to back it up.
