Does SS support shows all hands of a specific player even he "exists" in more than one database? Are the hands combined?

[/ QUOTE ]

Actually it searches your db's in order until it finds the player in one of them, then uses those stats. This will be fixed when we have our stats aggregator working.

Please do that fast For players that have many databases (i use 6-7) with many datamined hands this is a must. When should i expect the aggregator?

On a sidenote i would like to add that i had a problem with a specific error that was solved VERY fast through emails with the SS support (hash mismatch error). Thanks again.

hi,

there is one hugely important feature that i think the software is missing.

when scanning 7-10 handed games, it should only grab stats from hands with at least 7 players dealt in. when scanning 6 or less handed games, it should only grab stats from hands with at most 6 players dealt in. people's stats 7+ handed are far different than shorthanded, and this makes some sharks look like fish etc.

ps i was really happy to see a huge negative score by my name

Open Table is only semi-working. When I click the button and the table is filled the join wait list window pops up briefly. I must finish the job by opening the table by hand.

Also can you please add Aggression Frequency as found in Poker Ace as an alternative to the Aggression Factor statistic in the custom scoring window. Aggression Frequency is not as commonly used because its not included in Poker Tracker (Poker Ace calculates this on the fly), however it is much more accurate than the AF statistic found in Poker Tracker.

Hey,

I'm sure you are tired of my complaining

The whole Join wait list thing has just been horrid for me..

1) When I click on a table, it goes to the table, and then it clicks on a "join waitlist" but when the popup comes up(your program doesn't close the popup) at the top it says Unjoin Waitlist...so somehow it is opening the Unjoing waitlist instead of Join Waitlist(it isn't joining it either)

2) I datamine on free time, and I also datamine before I join the table, so right now I click on the table, let 6th take me there, close the Unjoin Waitlist thing, Click on the table in Party, And then join the waitlist manually...

Personally if you could just open the table like before I would be happy

Edit: Would also be happy if I could set the NumData(like in the advaned options) to a 0 or 1 value again as I only care about how many people I have played against because as I said, a 19/10 with 2k hands is a lot less important to me than a 70/20 with 15 hands, so if you could make it a manual option to do that it would be great

Well this still doesnt solve my problem or answers my question.. how come that your software finds all the tables in the lobby with all the players on them, correclty updates their stack on the tables , but none of the other info, except for one or two players per table?

thanks for clarifying

because the players aren't in your personal poker tracker database.

It can only pull players that are in your database. It uses a caching system that refreshes every 30 mins or so. You can manually reset the cache, and then it will pull in new players, even though they'll only have 10-20 hands.

I was going to ask the same question. I didn't really look before, but last night, I noticed, that the numbers were significantly off on a lot of players between the SS client and my HUD. I noticed it at the end of the session, so didn't try to cross reference the individual databases. I have 2 mining databases, both of which I configured as extra databases in SS (and test-connected successfully). Based on the number of hands shown in the client, it was at least picking up hands from one of the databases, though.
