Phil, this means that the low estimate of women who will get pregnant PER YEAR of using withdrawal is 4%. Keep in mind that estimates are as LOW as 4% and as HIGH as 37%. Regardless, unless the OP is a supreme [censored], he will not take a 1/20 chance of having a baby to care for the rest of his life, just to avoid birth control.
