Take some Alleve for the pain - 2 in the morning, 2 at night.

Make sure you get a good night's sleep so you muscles can fully relax.

Stretch your back/quads/hips/hamstrings. You need to improve your flexibility.

That's all you gotta do.

I agree that you should try a new mattress.

Also, chiropracters can cause stroke ... I certainly wouldn't see one.
