UB lying/dishonesty for the youngsters

Not sure who the current owner of record is but Excapsa runs the ub software and they went public then south last year. They didn't fully go bust but the company was sold for a pittiance compnared to what they thought it was worth.

Not sure if Greg Pierson, founder/ceo(ex?) is still involved nor of his relationship w/ Russ Hamilton.
