one time thing, sure, i'll do whatever, but if we're gonna make a league I think $20-50 per week would fit the bill about right for most people

Why not do private tourny on Stars instead? 32 people seems the right number.

A league would be pretty incredible, but if it's just for bragging rights then just do $50 or so. It would be amazing if it was double elimination as well.

Very good idea, would be very interresting to following such a HU tournament. A league sounds very awsome aswell.

I would follow both with big interrest and perhaps with time participate in them myself.

Gl getting something started!

Why not for like $20? You do not want to play other 2p2'ers for money, that's just stupid, so you would do it for the bragging rights. If you want those, you want more than 5 people to play in it.

[/ QUOTE ]

lol, its not stupid at all. the high stakers do it for $5000, that is more than a buy-in to many of them also that play $10-20 and lower regularily

I would love to do this (best of 3 deep cash game would be awesome).

I would do this for $500, but not less than $100.

$300 is really that much. Most people who post in this forum play 50-1 or 1-2, and that's over a bi to play some of the best HU players at those levels.

Not counting the $5-$30 SNG players who could never buy-in to this. If this isn't for the money, don't make it some insane amount that we won't get 32 players for.

$50 sounds about right IMO. Top 4 paid? I can only play if it's on FTP, and they're a LOT easier to set up a super stack tourney with.

[/ QUOTE ]

if these players play 1-2 and buy-in full then i am sure they would put 300 down in a tournament to crown the best 2+2 heads up forum champion, it is not some "insane amount" lol geesh, and it was just a suggestion, i dont know what most of u guys play for, i dont need my case jumped about it lol......and i would be glad to play all the "tough" 2+2ers for that much

I'd probably do this regardless of buy in. I don't really think a massive prize pool is necessary because it is probably better EV to be multitabling during this against donks than it is to just raise the buy in.

This would be a pretty tough field and expecting people to be willing to lose $500 is definitely a stretch for this forum. Would this be standard SNG structure or 200bb deep style tournie?
