I was on Maryland. I think it was near Maryland and Flamingo. Like I said before, it was one of those mobile billboard truck things. Wasn't on the strip. Also, haven't seen another one since (been on the strip 5 or 6 times since then).

Default Recent Court case. analogous to dormant commerce clause/ online poker

The law was struck down as unconstitutional recently. Good Judge, used to litigate against him. There is a thread about it in poker legislation.

The ruling is good for folks who want to argue that the UIGEA reliance on State laws regarding online poker violate the commerce clause.
