Talking to someone (speachplay) and flashing a card is NOT cheating.

If it were cheating, he would have been stripped of his title, or thrown out of the tourney at the time. Same goes for XYZ name pro who uses speachplay.

It clearly isnt cheating as it isnt being enforced. Plus, if it is enforced it involves a warning and then a time penalty.

That doesnt sound like someone caught cheating to me.

Also, Jerry Yang is an aweful thing for poker - miles worse than Gold was.

I got distracted and mis-click flat called the river with the nuts a few weeks ago. I was pretty horrified at the time.
