I was moved to John Esposito's table late on Day 2 of the 2004 ME and he introduced himself to me almost as soon as I sat down. Very nice guy, very genuine.

We passed him and said hi, and the guy absolutely ignored us. It was as if this once bus boy, who had made it as a poker pro (gambler) was now too good to even say hello. Its not like he is the ceo of some big company, or discovered the cure for cancer. He is a gambler.

whatever, i would ignore you too and i'm nobody important

If you are an ugly shirt he will give you the time of day, and much much more.

Hey that's a good experience. If Gordon thinks you're terrible you have to be doing something right.

Tony G was pretty cool with me and a couple other folks at the rail in the 10k PLO. He was joking around with us for like 30 minutes. He also bribed the cocktail server into bringing us beer and was calling over all the big name pros who walked by to get a pic with this fangirl who kept squealing "OMG OMG it's Jesus (Daniel, Joe...)"

I met Brian Townsend at the Cardrunners both. He was pretty nice and let me take a picture with him.

Saw Chris Ferguson on my way out of Voodoo Lounge and wished him good luck in the ME. He looked startled and mumbled thanks.

Funny, I saw Ferguson as he was leaving Mix nightclub at Mandalay Bay on Friday night. What is he a total club rat?
