Some sort of magnet that wasn't there before nearby? Really messes up the color to one of my tvs when used in the basement. Prolly something with video card though since cable was replaced.

you have another computer you can try with the monitor? being that you changed monitors and you coulnd't use the old one is kinda inconclusive, maybe you had it on the wrong input?? I know my dells have 2 inputs.
Uhm.. try reinstalling graphics drivers. It would really help to see a picture of what is going on though. |

i used to have a monitor that would do the same thing, and i just hit it really hard on the side whenever it started doing it and that fixed it
