No, I hadn't thought of it. Why AGs? The legislation says that Governors or other chief executive officer that informs the Governor that gaming is illegal. Do you think AGs fall into that latter category?

The more I think about it, I don't see a way to phrase the question so that they could legally reply, until the law passed.
