hey poker -- i have no problem paying backmy own debt.. its just that how do i know that by paying this company in teh US that i will be in the clear with this company based outside of the us, considering the legal enviroment towards online gambling in the us.. u knwo what i mean

I'm not an affiliate and I care about my affiliate being able to stay in business and not going under because some scumbag disputed his losses.

I would pay!
This is the first attempt to collect the debt.
If the collection agency nice guy route dont work.
Lets just say I know of some guys that work for a collection agency .
I also have heard they have worked for offshore companys in the past.
Just make sure you know who is at the front door before you answer it

And I used to laugh when people from my part of the world said that USA is a third world country.....
