...after an absolutely dreadful night of dealing with the cake software tonight, I've decided to never deposit there again until it gets fixed.

.....and the $5 sit n go's have disappeared...... again.

I've had enough.

I too waited 2 months for a cashout that never got processed. I sent them a long list of alternatives including Western Union, Moneygram, bank wires, transfers on other sites, checks in different currencies and they refused. They got ePassporte a few weeks back and told me that was the only way I could cash out. I have tried three times to cashout that way and all have reversed without any explanation, just a form email. ePass says my account is open and active.

Outside of going to PRR, Casinomeister and trying to find an affiliate to buy my balance I am out of ideas on how to get this money out of there. There is no excuse in the world for 2+ month cashouts still not being processed and telling players excuses about how slow the check processor is before admitting there wasn't one. They even made me send in docs to receive a check they knew damn well they were never sending.

Cake Poker, I've supported you and generated over 10k in rake at your site. You have had 2+ months to pay me and have been given endless alternatives. Your competitors aren't having these problems, only you and your skin Sportsbook.com. What are you doing to fix these problems?

I can't understand how a 4k MGR player on such a small site can't get something simple like a small Western Union just to show good faith on your side during this ridiculous delay. I even offered to split the fees even though the interest off my balance should easily cover it.

I wonder why it has been almost a month since we saw a Cake rep post here when they used to be so active.

Can a rep from CakePoker please let all of us know when cashing out via check will become a viable option?

Cake is awful. Their software consistently pauses, sometimes it skips your blind, images randomly don't show up, you can't reload chips without it taking 30 seconds and causing you to timeout on all tables. It is not as soft as everyone is saying it is either. Plus you have the cashout issues. I'm done with Cake and I'd advise everyone else to probably stay away from it too, at least until all these frustrating bugs are fixed.

I've also had all of these problems. The freezes are very frustrating when you flop top set and are in a big pot, only to have your hand folded and your chips shipped to some moron calling you with middle pair. Also, getting on to a table can suck, as the %, number of players, etc are never accurate. I've seen my own name listed at a table that I wasn't even playing at and can find 12 players listed at a 6 max table (not wait list). But, the games are so easy to beat it's sad. A lot of people moaning about bad luck and giving their chips away. The play is very loose passive. You can sit for a 1/2 hour if you want and play one hand....and they'll still pay you off. It is still a very frustrating experience though. I'll probably play to clear my bonus and then be done with Cake.

I love everything about Cake except the software. Bonus good, rakeback good, games soft, etc. I'm just taking a break until they get their software issues straightened out, I will return when games aren't horribly slow.

I once played a MTT on Cake and in the first 3 levels I had posted blinds once. Yeah, it's that laggy sometimes.

Good afternoon ZOO,

We want to let all you guys know that we are very much aware of the technical/software problems that occurred when we brought our partners into the CakePoker Network. I have been absent from this forum because we try to only make forum posts for industry wide issues that need addressing or when there are new CakePoker issues that have not been previously addressed. I assure you that we have a dedicated tech team who are working around the clock to address the issues. We expect some breakthroughs to come shortly. As a still new site (with a hopefully bright future) we sincerely thank you guys for your continued patience. We will get better. I promise.

As for ePassporte, cashouts are typically processed within 24 – 48 hours from the time of your request. If your cashout to ePassporte is rejected and funds are returned to your account, either
1) your email on record with ePassporte does not match the one on record with CakePoker. Or
2) your ePassporte account is not currently active

If you account is indeed active and the email addresses match up then the cashout was likely rejected due to a communication error between Cake and ePassporte. Please re-request your cashout from the cashier on your account and email support and we will have the Cashier resend your cashout asap.

Chris

Any news about cashing out with paper checks. I know several others have not gotten theirs and have waited for months.
