The June series will be much better than the this one. I can hardly take the low buyins seriously with the crappy structure. In June there are 2 decent sized tournaments, a 1k, and a 2.5k. Plus the fields will be bigger since it's a "Heartland Poker Tour" event.

Bottom Line: Whenever I goto TS it's usually just to hang out with people....NOT for their medicore poker.


Despite the recent travel difficulties, I still think I'd rather goto Paris in May, and then TS in June.

We'll see though.

yeah, the june may be better but it will be during the summer when any rational person *should* be in vegas or LA at worst

it's taken me 3 trips to TS to learn this, but the best way to enjoy TS is to just play the tournaments, and when busted out of the tournaments go back to Ray and Junglen's room and buy room service and watch Augie smoke the volcano 117 times while playing online.
