AA had a lot more equity against FDs, and AK isn't totally out of villain's range, I think folding AA here is bad.

i would pretty much completely discount ak when a guy flats pf twice vs. a min-raise and 3-bet and then shoves 150bb+ on this flop.

Whoops didn't see it was a minraise, I was wondering why there was so much back. Also I played with PStove and even with generous ranges this is a fold with AA.

my somewhat tight range for his shove here is 99, 55, NFD, combo draw like 9xdd or 87dd. See how you fare against that range and decide. I don't think any king by itself is shoving here often, even AK.

The only thing you beat(tie) is a draw, and this is a draw or set 95% of the time.

I would reraise bigger preflop.

BTW I shove here with sets often, but thats my style and not necessarily his.
