He was a speaker at his funeral.

Also, there was some WSOP special done on Stu in which Sexton cries while being interviewed about him.

I'm waiting for them to put up the Tuesday show on the web site. I'm just about ready to give up for the night. I haven't had a TV for about 12 years. Maybe I should get one.

I am impressed by the quality of poker so far. Exceeded my expectation. The reads have been solid - Gabe, Phil (with his rebluff of Gabe on 4th street), and of course Sexton. Mike has always been a very good poker player in my view. Very solid. Chad made a heck of a read to outplay Howard w/ KQ vs 10-10. Well done.

Howard looked a bit rusty initially - the chips looked a little foreign to him but then he warmed up. The hand vs Gabe was world class - he "bluffed" every street with 10 high.

Give Gabe credit for reading weakness in Howard's flop bet and trying to make a move by leading on 4th street. But the fact that Howard saw through it and could smooth call the turn bet knowing he'd have to then "value bet" the river (and expose more chips). Wow. Very well done.

That was simply top notch. I would never believed Howard had air there without seeing his cards. Talk about using position...

Also, don't know about ya'll but I enjoyed the discussion about Stu. And, yes, from what I read and heard, Sexton was very found of Stu.

How could you not like Stu? If you haven't read the book, it is worth reading. If you are like me, you'll appreciate and like him more after reading it.

Great show - really good show. well done. I enjoyed watching.

Although I've played poker with Mike Sexton only a few occasions and don't know him personally, I seem to always get a little offended when criticism goes his way like this.

He's a gentlemen, a good poker player, and one of the best ambassadors for our game. His commentary of the WPT final tables is succinct but always still preserves the dignity of the players.

In short he is a class act. He obviously loved Stu. Anything wrong with that?

If there were some way I could mute only Phil Gordon I probably could have watched more than 10 minutes of this one. Somebody let me know when he shuts up or gets busted so I can resume watching.

I really enjoyed the Mike Sexton-Shana Hiatt reunion interview. Did anyone else wonder if Mike had his hand on Shana's ass the whole time?
