you can search the forums for a thread from me a little more than a month ago. my computer was hacked into and from there they remotely controlled my PC and logged onto all of my accounts and dumped chips to and from it - eventually losing me > 3k total.

step one: when your virus protection tells you not to open a file... DO NOT OPEN THE [censored] FILE.

I agree with this...I think if you WANT TO sites should add extra things...like ingdirect has, like picture AND pin, and maybe you could set it so ONLY 1 IP address can access it...anyways, just ideas...

They wouldn't have to make all the extras standard...but merely options if you wish to use them..I know I would for my accounts with 5 digits in them.
