My favorite kind of pasta. Pasta made out of Potatoes is the best of both worlds as far as I'm concerned. Add some alfredo sauce and a little Parmesan cheese to that and it's a great meal.

Done right, its excellent. Done poorly, gnocchi are dense lumps of tastelessness.

Sweet potato gnocchi is a good way to go: it's an interesting twist and adds a little flavor in case, yes, it does not come out well. Maybe a touch a nutmeg in there would be good, also.

Take a fish like Cod, cook it in Spaghetti Maranara sauce, add black olives.
