[ QUOTE ] It's clear that Michigan is the 2nd best team in the country. Kind of unlucky that the only team better than you is in your own conference. Tomorrow should be fun. [/ QUOTE ] extreme midwest bias on view for everyone [/ QUOTE ] Name one team that has one loss, Michigan isn't favored over on a neutral field. (Other than the Indianapolis Colts) |

I think it's important to note that the SEC is basically a vacuum since they don't schedule anyone out of conference. The SEC don't have a win over a top 20 team out of the SEC.

They're 18th in the BCS.
*edit* Sry for being a nit. I completely agree with your point. SEC teams need to quit scheduling cupcakes for their ooc games. |

[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] With USC's loss, and Florida's tougher schedule than Mich, I guess this will be a done-deal by the time the votes are in and the BCS computers put Florida ahead of Mich. [/ QUOTE ] Before the SEC championship game, Sagarin had Michigan's schedule as #13 and Florida's as #27. [/ QUOTE ] And Florida played the schedule against the toughest opponenet win percentage. [/ QUOTE ] yeah a [censored] of cupcake nonconference matches [/ QUOTE ] What does this have to do with the fact that Fla. played the schedule with the highest opponent win %? [/ QUOTE ] because its artificially inflated, Michigan has a tougher SOS [/ QUOTE ] you are retarded, Michigan hasn't beaten anyone all year, except maybe Wisconsin. Michigan's SOS is severely inflated, Florida's is severely deflated because their opponents would be undefeated if they didn't beat the crap out of one another. Top 12 SOS in the NCAA go to the 12 SEC teams, no computer calculations can figure that out since their only loses come against one another. [/ QUOTE ] Well, you are close. The top 10 go to Pac 10 teams. But that's close enough. |
