if people missed this in the different explanations of this concept:
-you can still post ot stuff in bbv like awesome life brags, trip reports, etc -this is generally for OOT threads for the bbv community (see the red thread for more detail) It is just generally to shift some of the widely OOT stuff away from BBV, and allow people a place to talk to bbvers about all kinds of crap without having to go to the OOT community
