Giant LOL at your plating, but those ribs look fantastic. Mmmm, I haven't had ribs forever.

ed: "I think it would be cool to have a thread for people to post pictures of food, no contest involved." I think that's mainly what this thread is.

SU: WTF w/ rice and broccoli with those delicious ribs? How about some cole slaw and potato salad? Or any of countless other delicious and not that healthy sides.

El D:

Yeah I usually go w/ either tater tots, fries, or potatoes for the starch and then some a cheesey brocolli caserole or something like that for the veggie or a good green salad. Though the rice and broccoli was not that bad of a combination.

I'll step it up for my next meal.

Oh and I had Red Seal Ale to drink. I also had a homemade snow cone for dessert.

Put on G5 Foreman Grill, high setting for 4 minutes (medium/medium rare, adjust to taste).

Put it all on a plate and enjoy with some nice red wine!

JFC, a Foreman grill? Is this the minor leagues or little league? I do like the glass of red wine idea a lot though... and the food, if not the manner of preparation.

i think broccoli would go really well with ribs, just throw in some mashed potatoes instead of rice and you are good to go

looks good but when I cook (or order from FatMatt's RibShack) I usually make/get enough to fill me up leaving no room for sides.

so i think a plate stacked w/ ribs would look good w/ something like a little garnish and a plate of wet wash cloths

Nice dish El D.
This reminds me that it's almost time for a pot roast. The weather is getting cold and some rustic meat and potatoes is in order.
