What if my Asian doesn't smoke or baccarat, does he count?

Maybe dumb question: why is the amount on the check much less than the listed first prize? Did he tip the difference or did they take that much for taxes (doesn't seem like enough)? I'd like to be prepared for when I have my first 7 figure score [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
