I had this same problem on Empire - they gave me $15 because I'm such a nice person, and by the time I played enough hands of poker to clear it, I was up to $18.

My solution? Blackjack. $5 a hand, run my balance up to $52, and cash out. [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]
