-give a ton of my family

If my family was lucky, i would get them a stipend of 10,000$ per year, I wouldnt want to spoil them.

I would invest 5bil of it, so that as soon as Cuba becomes free, I could have the first casino&resort on the island.

I would use 2bil of it to work on creating a new independent party that works to change the system, just think of the libertarian party, with a bit of tempering, and a bit less desire for pure and complete anarchy.

I would give 1bil to mine and my wife's families.

The remaining 2bil I would buy just about everything I could ever want, to include my own private Gulfstream with pilot and groundcrew, ready to go anytime, and anywhere I need.

As the casino brought further billions, I would look at putting additional major resorts/casinos down in beautiful if prior to their arrival somewhat underdeveloped areas, like Montenegro, Croatia, etc...
