Well, if you leave no money for doubling or splitting opportunities, the HA becomes like 3% or something (Check WOO). I usually bet around 25-50% of the D+B, so for $100+$100, I usually bet like $50 a hand. Works out fine for me

It hurts your EV betting 200 the first hand because you can't split or double. IMO optimum betting would be half your balance until you reach your target

I checked WoO for this number and didn't find it. If you're betting 50% of the D+B, keep in mind a few hands become better not to split if you can't double afterwards. So, if the HA is 3% my EV is $64.65 (two bets of everything in a row)
(.485*.485)600-(1-.485*.485)(100)=64.65

Can someone show me the EV of betting 1/4 D+B?

For stickies, the EV is largely dependant on how high your target is... the higher the target the greater the EV (and the greater chance you will bust).

For a 100+100 with a target of $800 assuming negligible HA and WR the EV would be: (this is Izverg's formula so I can't explain it any further) p=probability you will bust

p= target-(bonus+deposit)/target
800-(200)/800=0.75 so 75% of the time you will bust.

EV= p*bonus amount
0.75*100= $75

I don't know the exact difference in EV between betting 1/4 or 1/2 the d+b, but I know that betting 1/2 will give a greater EV because as we should all know by now betting bigger increases EV.

so in order of increasing EV
betting the whole d+b (lowest EV because of the extra HA from no doubles/splits).... betting 1/4 d+b.... betting 1/2 d+b

When I play 100/100 stickies I bet $200 the first hand $400 the second. How much does it hurt your EV to bet $50/hand?

[/ QUOTE ]

Badger's strategy, of course, maximizes EV but for the negative impact of not being permitted to double or split (as discussed on this forum). However, there is another potential pitfall that you should be aware of: those pescky T&Cs!

many of them, in defining the wagering requirement, say something like:

20 times your deposit plus bonus; or
100 times your maximum wager.

WHICHEVER IS GREATER SHALL APPLY

You go and make a $200 wager at one of these places, and your WR just went to 20K. So be careful.

I tryed signing up for this today, I said I was from U.S.A. and got a drop down list to pick my state. However they didn't have my state, along with 4 others. I contacted support, here is the conversation.

I couldn't get a straight anwser from him. Anyone know why this is?

Yes, I always watch out for this. Lasseters and AusVegas are the only two I've seen thus far. I haven't done amny casinos.

So no definitive answer on what strategy has the most EV?

Doing ausvegas is ok if you do lasseters? Has anyone made a big cashout from Lasseters? I think I had one of the luckiest runs possible (probably 1% or less likelyhood). I deposited with $100, got the $100 bonus and I'm ready to cashout $800 after betting $10/hand. Hopefully i don't get stiffed.

Yes, doing AusVegas is ok if you've done Lasseters. Also, I've cashed out $420 from Lasseters...they require your first withdrawal be made by check, though. Congrats!
