The big gold bars you see in movies etc are 12.5kg (~27.5 lbs). Not that this has anything to do with the OP.

He said in the interview on tuco's show . That a tv producer caught it, and it was returned to the pool.

Gotta admit, I've been waiting to see one of the the winners do that, totally priceless.
