I will add my 2c that he does play at a much higher limit than most of us. At the micros, it is much rarer for a villian's 3bet range to include 99 and TT, which will cut into the profitability of calling this down.

So I stick by my previous post.

Fold the flop or call down. Reads will make the difference.
