No, the party in the valley was still the best ep and probably will stay there.

i'm sick of vince shooting himself in the foot. he needs a [censored] job. decent ep, next week looks good, i hope some business gets done too tho.

first, the show is much more interesting when he doesn't have a job. second, he already got paid for "Queens Blvd" so shutting the movie down isn't taking money out of his pocket (given that the movie was originally slated for limited release, he clearly didn't have any equity in the box office receipts).

After the bad press from Aquaman 2 Vince could use a hit movie. He's clearly marketable without another hit, but a big movie would make him untouchable.

Actually, he does get box office reciepts. If you don't remember it was a really big deal in the first season that they get a good contract so if Queens Blvd. became "that Big Fat Greek B1tch" he gets paid.
