I just don't understand how the strategies could be drastically different or as you say, "the opposite" of how many play. I really hope it is that enlightening and groundbreaking though.

does it have printed words on paper about plo going beyond "2 cards don't make an omaha hand blah blah"? sign me up! like the articles or not they definitely go beyond the basics. price looks right too!

Since they play a mixed PLO/PLHE-game at my local casino I had no choice but ordering it [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
Personally I was not that amazed with the Ciaffone books, so I hope this one will provide the nuts and bolts to get a firm grip on PLO. On the upside, it only has to be half as good as "HE on the come" and I will be more than satisfied.
