you do realize that party never removes that change from your account right?

IT is always there, everytime you deposit you can play with it, so it really doesn't add up.

This is like what they did in Office Space. So it's a common scam, steal the pennies!

[/ QUOTE ]

Peter Gibbons: Um, the 7-Eleven, right? You take a penny from the tray.
Joanna: From the crippled children?
Peter Gibbons: No, that's the jar. I'm talking about the tray, the pennies for everybody.

Neteller is the culprit here. Neteller won't transfer any change, only whole dollars.

aren't there deposit fees and withdrawal fees that are covered by party? I don't think the 35 left over cents make up for those.

Stars / UB allow fractional dollars to be cashed out.

Most places don't allow the fractions to be cashed out, and sometimes even delays your cashout if you try. (Paradise / Full Tilt).

The worst though is Absolute, when you cashout the cents, they just disappear into nothingness.

Are you in the black or in the red at stars? It makes a difference I think.

[/ QUOTE ]

Makes no difference. You can cashout any fractional amounts to NETeller from Stars. This whole dollar NETeller limitation was changed several years ago.

So if you're worried about the loose change, play $.01/.02 until it comes out even!
