<ul type="square">[*]Post some hands[*]Think more about why I'm betting[*]Think way more about why I'm calling[*]Think about folding a bit more often[*]Get at least 5k hands of 6-max in[*]Stop playing Stars turbos; just becomes a mess without a big early chip lead (and don't succumb to the rebuys and addons so easily).[/list]
I'd also like to win a MTT. I usually do okay, but succumb to easily to desperation.

And bless all the fish.

Learn short-handed at 1/2 and then 2/4.

Read the new NL book and start playing some NL25.

goals for June

- 5K hands
- [ QUOTE ]
play better post-flop--stop calling down when I'm certain I'm beat

[/ QUOTE ]
- reread Weighing the odds
- Not waste any money in tourneys, maybe play a FR or 2
- Be prepared (rolled, because I know I have the skill to beat it, since I did it before) for .5/1 by then end of June
- read Dan Brown's Angels and Demons, and maybe check out Eeegahs blog since his posts entertain me every day

I probably won't even have that much time this month.
Still I'll try:
* Try some NL, say 500 hands
* Try practicing 3- or 4-tabling under protection of Party bonus
* Mix 6-max and FR.
* Try to get bankroll into 1/2 territory

- Stop bluffing fish
- Stop being so aggro in small pots with no fold equity
- Learn to read the board alot better and slow down in situations I'm likely behind to opponents range.
- Stop c-betting before looking at the board.
- Stop making a laydown and then reading 2+2 and not looking at what the fish bluffed me off with.
- Dont play more than 2 tables of 6-max so I'm not a readless goon and I know what it means when someone donks me on an Axx flop, cold calls a turn raise or raises my flop c-bet.
- Try to stem my 100BB downswings by not tilting and not paying attention to my stack size. (assuming the swings are down to bad play)
- Stop saying 'ugh' in the chat box when someone rivers two pair and raises my value bet.
- End my 5k breakeven stretch by doing all these things.
- Sign up for review sessions every fortnight (after exams)
- Try to keep my girlfriend from getting pissed with me for playing too much poker
- Research rakeback schemes and join one, aswell as bonuswhore
- Watch more poker videos cos they are fun.
- make a note of interesting hands to post as I'm playing because I always forget which ones I want to be reviewed.
- Get flamed by someone every week so I learn something.
- Stop setting too many goals
