I worked at Applebee's for two years in high school and while I only made 1.90 an hour as base pay, I easily made 12 an hour in tips. And that was 10 years ago so that would be 20-25 an hour now. Hardly crappy pay for the skill that the job demands.

Give tours at the CNN center. That place is sweet and everyone I saw working there was a hot woman in late 20s early 30s. And we can play 5K HU freezeouts on our lunch break (I work 5 minute walk from there.)

No way in hell you make 20-25 an hour at Applebees as a waiter. You may have a night or two like that every once in a while, but certainly not on a consistent basis. Most Managers probably don't pull that at those restaurant chains.

OP, As a previous poster mentioned already: You should look into Real Estate. You can make your own hours and pull in decent change if you are good. Especially in an area with the growth rate that Atlanta has right now.
