sorry, you guys have been burned too much and it will be too tough getting this set up, because it does require some confidence. not worth doing it all...i have given a couple people some suggestions, you may want to get together with yourselves and try to work something out.

i have to stay withing the guidelines that party allows or i risk too much.

anyone been able to reach him this week? havent seen him online or heard anything. many of us have been trying unsuccessfully to reach him, and are unwilling to simply let this go away. some of us are lawyers (i go to one of the top law schools in the country), and i have talked to some of my friends who are lawyers.

most who know the law well seem to think it would be pretty easy to get a judgment here based on a simple contract claim (despite the industry being unregulated- irrelevant). if tim does not respond or cooperate soon, we could try a class suit if any of you are interested. if not, i plan to simply file a suit on my own, which would hopefully be an easy judgment if he doesnt show up, allowing garnishment of wages, etc. what do you all think?

yeah. i am interested in whatever way to get my money back.
actually, i just don't wanna see this lying scumbag holding my money. i don't mind donating all or most of it to the Red Cross or some lawyers who can do the work.

I think it's a very good idea to close your existing count that was opened through him so he doesn't get any rakeback in the future.

Party terminated his affiliate agreement, meaning he gets no money from Party anymore.

This guy is scum.

Close all your old account just to make sure he is not making $100K a month off you.

Also, definitely file a law suit.

Even if you do not end up getting all the $ back that you are owed, at least he will not be sitting on a beach with your $100K +.

Make this guy suffer for being a scumbag.

move forward...he isn't getting money anymore...just move to other sites and close your existing accounts. someday you might want to go back to party. it isn't good for you to obsess about the past.

keep in touch with him, and let him lick wounds and see if you can work something out individually. right now, he is probably feeling pretty guilty.
