Don't like how he played that at all.

hard to say, only suspect play there was to call. But with huge blinds and 280k or so in before the flop, and an open push on the flop, its hard to say her range was limited to a queen.

Not sure what Phils stack was at before the flop

I think she played it well. Her push made it look like she was defending a weaker hand than she had, making Hellmuth willing to call with "only" middle pair.

coldcalling preflop and pushing your top pair has to be less than optimal

other than check-folding the flop I don't think there's a worse way to play it

I think he had about 11 BB. I would have pushed, but I guess that's not his style.
