Question Guys,

I just moved to Absolute and love it, but they give you the option to buy into the games 200bb deep. Given that this is +EV against the fish for obvious reasons (the same reason you rebuy to full each hand), should I adjust my bankroll? That is, if I'm always buying in 200bb deep I'll still have a 2,000BB bankroll (well much more now) but given that more of it is exposed at any given time, am I risking more than I should? I'm not sure how the bankroll management methods work at 200bb deep.

Ty!

Also: Never doubt Gelford.

johny, this may sound strange, but 35k hands is a smaller sample than im talking about.... i've run at 10bb/100 over 35k hands but never higher than 6bb/100 over 100k..... and yea my ratio is like 6.25 when i play 8 tables b/c tables break up way to f*ing often

June sucks. Remind me never to try 4 tabling again on my new Samsung.

PS That thing bouncing at the end of the graph is the Richter of my head bouncing off my computer desk.

Guys, I have a question about this hand but I really don't think it needs a thread. Is there another line I can take here? I really don't think I should be betting the flop or the turn ...

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $0.10/$0.25 Blinds - 5 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

Hero (SB): $25.90
BB: $26.50
UTG: $44.30
CO: $26.35
BTN: $39.70

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (5 Players)
3 folds, Hero raises to $0.75, BB raises to $3.00, Hero calls $2.25

Flop: ($6) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BB bets $4.25, Hero calls $4.25

Turn: ($14.50) 5[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero checks, BB checks

River: ($14.50) 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $9.75, BB calls $9.75

Pot Size: $34.00 ($1.70 Rake)

BB had A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (two pair, Aces and Fives) and LOST (-$17.00)
Hero had T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (a full house, Tens full of Fives) and WON (+$15.30)

Dont really see why played so passively. Personally I would reraise flop, OK if you dont want to scare him off at least lead the turn. Kinda depends on your read on the guy.

As results are shown, clearly here you missed an opportunity to double up.

wow i have AK fish raises, unknown makes small reraise and ill call. Flop AK5 rainbow. I didnt think I could get value out of it by betting. cos bluff fish will do it for me.

The fish starts bluffing into me with his 53, I call (if i reraise hes gone, and hee WILL put alot more in with his crappy hand)

And ofcourse fking turn is a 5. He ofcourse [censored] it up by betting little, which made me suspicious. and he earned only 35$ on it lol. A little had in my voice said not to push cos it wouldnt get value from worse hands and if he had that fking 5 or AA or KK or whatever id get my deeeepstack stacked.

Then don't ... simple as that, you are making a nice salary at 50NL already

Get 100K hands under your belt, build a massive roll and in time I am guessing you will get the urge.

And oh ... skipping 100NL ... seems like a bad idea.
